Retailers may contact Markato if they encounter any damaged or missing items in an order. If the issue is deemed to be the responsibility of the brand, you will be notified accordingly by your Markato Brand Manager. we ask that you acknowledge the request and resolve the issue to the best of your ability. You have the right to dispute the charge with Markato, but we reserve the right to reject any dispute/claim created by you about the charge.
Please note that shipping insurance is purchased for each order to protect against damages and losses incurred during the shipment process.
Item(s) reported as damaged
To facilitate the damage request, your Brand Manager will pass along to you any photographs of the damaged item(s) that have been received from the retailer.
If you would like to dispute an order that has been reported as damaged, please contact your Brand Manager with the order number and your concerns with the request.
Item(s) reported as missing
We will notify you if any items from the order have been reported as missing, or if the order has not been received. If you would like to dispute an item or order that has been reported as missing, please contact your Brand Manager with the order number and your concerns with the request.
