In the case that Markato has pre-approved or requested you to self-ship your orders, you will be required to upload your tracking link and shipment invoice for our system to accurately update the status of your shipment and reimburse you for the fees incurred.
Once your order is ready to be shipped, you can follow below steps to ship your order.
- Go to Orders on your brand dashboard.
- Find the corresponding Order ID and click on the order to check details
- Accept the order.

Click Self Arrangement

Upload your shipment link directly into the text box.
Once the tracking link is successfully uploaded a new icon will appear in your order portal within a few minutes.
- Click on "Upload Shipping Invoice"
- Input the requested information including the shipment invoice itself and the total shipment cost.
