Why didn't I receive a payout?

In order to receive a payout, three requirements are needed:

1. You must have completed the Airwallex KYC process during your onboarding. This is critical for us to process payments to you in a secure, compliant, and accurate manner.
2. You must have added your bank account details under the Settings tab of your brand portal. 
3. You must have a positive payout amount the working day before the payout cycle date (the cutoff point is 11:59PM Hong Kong time). Payout amounts are credited to your Markato brand account based on the order completion date and your chosen payment timeline.

If for any reason we are not able to issue a payout (e.g., if there is an error with your bank account details), the amount will be rolled over to the next payout date, at which we will attempt to issue a payout to you again.
