Brands cannot directly edit orders placed by retailers. If any extraordinary circumstances arise and you wish to adjust an order, please contact your Markato Brand Manager or support@markato.com for support. If you cannot fulfil an order due to stock issues, please ensure to include the following when notifying your brand manager:
1. Exact items and quantities of the order which are OOS.
2. Expected return date of those items.
3. Any proposed alternatives as replacements.
