Once your order is ready to be shipped, you can follow below steps to ship your order.
- Go to Orders on your brand dashboard.
- Find the corresponding Order ID and click on the order to check details.
- Click Schedule Pickup.
- You will be redirected to a pop-up page

- Select Custom Box
- Input box Dimensions (L x W x H) and Weight
- Select Add package if you have more than one box or Delete package
- Press Confirm to save the details of the box
- Please enter a reasonable box size for the package. If there is a huge discrepancy between the box dimension entered and the actual box, this may incur additional shipping costs.
- Double-check the sender address. Please let your brand manager know if you require any changes

- Select a date and time your shipment for pickup. To avoid errors, we recommend that the requested pickup time be at least 5 hours from time of scheduling.
6. Once the pickup time is selected, you can navigate to the order details page to print out your shipping documents by clicking Shipping Label and Commercial Invoice.
7. Once you have printed out all the necessary documentation, please ensure that the packing slip is placed on the inside of the parcel while the Commercial Invoice and Shipping Label need to be placed on the outside of the parcel. We recommend checking out this packaging guideline if you are shipping products with liquid.

Keeping your shipping information up to date
Please make sure Shipping pickup address under the Settings tab is accurate and up to date.
