Occasionally, retailers may make mistakes such as purchasing incorrect items, purchasing incorrect quantities or mistakenly ordering from the wrong brand. In such cases, retailers have the option to cancel their order within the first 24 hours after order placement.
In order to show courtesy to our brands, we require retailers to cancel within this 24-hour timeframe to ensure that the brand has not already started processing the order at the time of cancellation.
If you intend to fulfill an order, please accept the order. However, we advise you not to start preparing the order and schedule shipping on our platform until you have received a notification from Markato that the order has been Confirmed.
