Markato will notify you via email every time you receive a new order. The notification will be sent to the email address connected to your Markato account.
Your Markato dashboard will also be updated with the new order details. You can view the information by logging into your Markato account and clicking on Orders.
Once you have reviewed and are happy to accept the order, you can click on Accept. Brands are expected to take action on an order within 24 hours of receiving the notification.
If you do not think the retailer is the right fit for your brand or if you do not have enough stock to fulfil this order, you can click on Raise an issue and fill in our order issue form accordingly.
