If your products are reported as missing or damaged, Markato will conduct an internal investigation on the issue and determine if the brand shall bear responsibility.
For all damaged goods, please advise Markato's policy:
Out of goodwill, for any goods which arrive damaged on a first occurrence, Markato will reimburse the buyer on behalf of the brand. For all repeat occurrences, the affected merchandise wholesale value will be deducted accordingly from the payout to your brand.
For all missing goods, please advise Markato's policy:
Starting from the first occurrence, the affected merchandise wholesale value will be deducted accordingly from the payout to your brand.
Note: Please ensure proper packaging for your items to avoid unwanted damages from occurring.
