You might be unable to fulfil an order due to one of the following reasons:
- The order cannot be fulfilled due to long lead times, out of stock items or production breaks
- The retailer or wholesale buyer is deemed not to be a fit for your brand
Note: We recommend you to fulfil orders to the best of your brand’s ability. Repeated failure to do so may result in restrictions or suspensions at Markato’s discretion.
Steps to take if you are unable to fulfil an order:
- Log into your Markato account.
- Go to your Orders tab.
- Click on the order corresponding to the correct Order ID.
- Click Raise an Issue and fill in our order issue request form. Note this information will only be visible to Markato.
4. After clicking Raise an issue, you will be prompted to fill in our order issues request form form. Here you will need to enter in your email address, request type, order number and a short description. Note this information will only be visible to Markato.
5. Once submitted, the retailer will be notified of the corresponding issue through one of our Retail Account Managers.
