Lead time
We recommend specifying the lead time for your products in the product description box when setting up each SKU under My Products. This ensures that lead times are clearly communicated to retailers who are browsing your products.
Please see below for a sample description for a product requiring 1-2 business days for fulfillment.
Order minimums
Order Minimum Conditions
Retailers can only place an order with you if the following circumstances have been met:
1. The Minimum Order Quantity has been reached for all products,
2. The MOV has been reached for the Suborder from your storefront, and
3. The Markato platform MOV (HK $4,000) has been reached for the Order.
Minimum Order Value
You can update the overall Minimum Order Value (MOV) of your storefront by following these steps:
- Head to Settings on the left navigation bar of your brand portal.
- Under Minimum order value, input the desired MOV.
- For highest chances of conversion, we recommend setting your store wide MOV at roughly ~230 USD / 220 EURO / 1700 HKD.
Minimum Order Quantity
You can update each product’s Minimum and Maximum Order Quantity by following these steps:
- Head to My Products on the left navigation bar and click on Add Product.
- On the next page, submit all the key information on this product before you arrive at Section 6, Ordering Details.
- Under Case quantity, input the total quantity of SKUs that are in one case of the product.
- Then, using the + and - buttons, set the minimum and maximum number of cases a retailer can order.
- Make sure to click on Save Product at the top right corner of the page so that all the inputted information is saved.
