Packaging Dimensions Guide

In order to successfully ship your products internationally, it is important to input the correct packaging dimensions and weight for each product unit. Please see the steps below for locating and inputting your product dimensions and weight.

1. Click on the My Products tab in your Markato brand portal.
2. Click Add Product.
3. Scroll down to Section 5, Shipping details [for products without variants] or Section 4, Variants settings [for products with variants].

In the appropriate fields, input the Length, Width, Height, and Gross Weight for the packaging of each individual unit. Please do not input product dimensions in this section.

Note:The units displayed on your Markato portal are based on the default units of your brand’s registered country. If you wish to switch the displayed units, reach out to your Markato Brand Manager.
