A Case Pack or Case Size refers to the standard quantity of a product that is packaged together and sold as a single unit for wholesale orders. It represents the number of individual items within a single case or box.
For example:
- A case pack of 12 means there are 12 units of the product in one case.
- Brands often require customers to order in multiples of the case size to streamline shipping and inventory management.
This ensures consistency in packaging and helps businesses maintain uniform stock levels and requires all wholesale buyers meet the quantity required set by each brand.
If you do not have set case sizes and can ship products individually, you should set your Case Size to 1.
Your minimum order quantity refers to the total number of cases a wholesaler needs to purchase. The number entered in the "Minimum order Quantity" field will automatically be multiplied by the Case Size. If your cases come in packs of 12 and your minimum order quantity is also 12, you should enter in the Case Size as 12 and the Minimum order Quantity as 1.
