If you would like to reset your password, please follow the steps below:
- Click the Log In button in the top right corner of the homepage.
- Select ‘Continue as Brand’.
- Click on ‘Forgot Password?’
- On the next screen, type in your email address or phone number (with format +852xxxxxxxx).
This will prompt an automated email to your login email address to help you reset your password.
If you did not receive the email, please ensure the following:
- Your email address has been spelled correctly.
- You have provided the email address associated with your Markato account registration. In case you used a different email, please attempt again using the correct email address.
- Please check your spam or junk folder. If it happens to be there, kindly mark it as ‘Not Spam’ to reduce the likelihood that Markato emails are sent to the spam folder in the future.
- Please verify that the email address noreply@markato.com is included in your contact list and is not blocked. If necessary, you may need to reach out to your IT administrator to ensure that emails from noreply@markato.com are always allowed, and then attempt the process again.
Tip: please ensure that the email address you have provided is valid and active. We strongly recommend adding Markato to your email address book to prevent any of our emails from being filtered into your Spam or Trash folders.
