Markato works on a crossborder logistics system; therefore, the inventory remains at your own warehouse/ studio.
Once an order is placed, you are invited to accept the order, after which you can schedule a pickup via the order page on your Markato brand portal. Once the pickup has been scheduled, you will be able to generate the Airway Bill and Commercial Invoice via the same order page. On the allocated date & time, our shipping courier will ensure the parcel(s) will be picked up, and they will deliver the order door-to-door.
Shipping is paid for by the B2B wholesale buyer, at no cost to you as the brand (ExWorks). When it comes to customs forms and the headaches of cross-border logistics, this will be fully supported by us and paid for by the retailer.
We work with all the major partners, such as DHL, FedEx and UPS. Due to our strong relationship with them, we are able to secure competitive shipping rates.
