Why can't I return my items?

Returns may be ineligible for the following reasons:

• 60-Day Risk Free Return Surcharge was not purchased
• Your 60-day return window has passed
• The product returned is not in the full case quantity
• The product has an expiration date 
• The product has been customised for your store
• The product has a retail price of more than $500 USD (or the equivalent in your currency)

Markato reserves the right to not accept or refund returns that do not meet the conditions above or are in the proper conditions.

Return Eligibility

The following suborders are eligible for returns:

• 60-Day Risk Free Return Surcharge is being purchased
• Within 60 days of receiving the products

How can I tell if my order is eligible for return?

To see if your order is eligible for returns, click on Account in the upper right corner and select My Orders. If an order or a product is eligible for a return, you will see a "RETURN" option in your order details page
