How do I report damaged or missing items?

Some of my items are damaged

You can report your issue by filling in this form. Please make sure you have the following information ready:

1. Order ID
2. Brand name
3. Product name & SKU ID damaged
4. Photos 

Once the form is submitted, we will review your issue and contact you via email or through your sales manager with a replacement or a refund as soon as possible. This will usually take 5-7 working days. 

Some of my items are missing

You can report your issue by filling in this form. Please make sure you have the following information ready:

1. Order ID
2. Brand name
3. Product name & SKU ID missing
4. Photos (of products that are received) for verification

Once the form is submitted, we will review your issue and contact you via email or through your sales manager with a replacement or a refund as soon as possible. This will usually take 5-7 working days. 

Please report your issues within 14 working days of receiving shipment to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
