Our marketplace is made up of independent brands, and as such, each ship their products directly to retailers.
Once your order has been picked up from the brand’s warehouse or store by our shipping partner, you will receive an email with the order update.
Products that ship from another country will be reviewed at customs upon arrival into your country and may be subject to duties and taxes. You will be contacted by our shipping partner to settle the outstanding import duties before collection of the goods.
Please contact support@markato.com if you still have not received your order or any notice from custom after 7 working days from order being picked up from the brand.
