How do I apply a discount code to my order?

Discount codes can be applied to orders at the cart page before you checkout. Click the “Voucher” box (shown below), enter your discount code, and click “Apply”.

Only one discount code can be applied to an order at a time. Discount codes can be a percentage or absolute amount deduction. The discount will be applied to the basket value after other product-specific discounts from Brands and promotion price discounts, and before shipping fees.

Once the discount code is applied, you will see the discount amount in the order summary.

Why can’t I apply my discount code?

Please note that certain conditions may apply to different discount codes, which may prevent you from applying it to your order. For example

• There may be a limit to how many times a discount code can be used per retailer
• There may be a total number of uses per discount code, for first-come-first-serve offers
• The discount code may have expired
• There may be a minimum order value to use the discount code. Note that this minimum value is calculated after other product-specific discounts from Brands and promotion price discounts, and before shipping fees.
• The discount code may not be valid for your region
