Why can’t I use Buy Now Pay Later?

There are several reasons why you may not see the option to use Buy Now Pay Later at checkout. These may include:

• You have not yet added a valid credit card to your Markato Wallet. You can go to your Wallet using the top-right corner profile menu to add a card
• You have used up all your available Buy Now Pay Later terms. You can see your Buy Now Pay Later usage status in your Wallet. You can increase your available terms by selecting to “Pay Now” on any outstanding payments, or apply to increase your Buy Now Pay Later terms limit

You have not been approved for Buy Now Pay Later. In rare cases, we may choose to not pre-approved retailers for Buy Now Pay Later. If this is the case, you can choose to apply to increase your Buy Now Pay Later terms limit in your Wallet page.
