Evaluation Period
Markato typically evaluates a brand’s performance on an ongoing monthly basis, and more frequently during high volume periods such as the holiday selling season. The length of time between reviews depends on the volume of transactions of each flagged brand account and/or the extent of available data. Markato reserves the right to adjust its evaluation period as needed.
Evaluation Criteria
The metrics with which a brand is evaluated are as follows:
- Reviews and ratings from your retailers
- Accuracy of product listings
- Catalog completeness
- Frequency of shipping delays
- Time taken to confirm or cancel orders
- Frequency of orders reported as damaged or missing products
- Frequency of products on backorder, returned or canceled
- Prompt and effective response to retailer inquiries
- Prompt and effective response to damaged or missing orders
